The purpose of this research is to Study of Educational Sports and Universities of Universities by SWOT Analysis Method with Publishing Approach and Application Approach. The research method is descriptive-analytical and is applicable to the target. Data collection method includes library studies, Delphi method and finally a questionnaire. To determine the validity of the questionnaire, experts consulted and after applying all corrective suggestions, necessary changes were made and its reliability was calculated and validated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The statistical population of this study consisted of professors of sport management and managers and physical education experts of Islamic Azad University, with a total estimated 550 individuals, of which 225 were Morgan table method. Descriptive statistics and Kolmogorov Smirnov, Friedman tests and U-Winnie test were used to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that the educational weaknesses were slightly higher than the strengths and, on the other hand, the opportunities had a better situation than university education threats (conservative strategy). In terms of public sport, the strengths and opportunities have been better off than the weaknesses and threats (aggressive strategy). Also, the components of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of educational and general sport were identified. Finally, it is suggested that the development of the sport education sector in the academic community should provide a platform for the generalization of the students' sport, which could provide the basis for the development of the championship sport among the talented young students.

Virtual media is a vital tool for the people, and despite lots of positive points and capabilities, it has created serious problems. The purpose of this study was to study the harmful effects of virtual media on the performance of young athletes. The research method is a descriptive-correlational study done in Markazi province. The statistical population of this study included all young athletes aged 18 to 28 years old, Markazi province. Sampling method was clustered. The sample size was 384 and was considered as available. Three standard questionnaires were used to collect data in this study. Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and one-way variance analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed a significant correlation between the extreme use of the virtual media of young athletes and the extent of psychological harm; (physical, compulsive obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, anxiety, paranoid thoughts, psychosis). The results also showed that there is a significant correlation between the extreme use of virtual media with dimensions of social harm, including divorce, addiction, unemployment and sexual deviations, but there is no significant relationship between the two other dimensions of social harm, including suicide and robbery. It is recommended that this important challenge be managed by informing athletes and educators about the young population of the country and increasing the excessive use of virtual media among the population.

The aim of this study concerns describing the impact of media on public and recreational sport. The methodology of this study is descriptive and analytical with the purpose of being applied, as well. The data were collected by library research and the researcher-composed questionnaire. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, a small part of the population was employed and Cronbach's alpha with a level of 0.05 was conducted to obtain a reliability of 0.86.The study population included staff and operational managers of Youth and Sports Ministry, experts Federation of Sport and Physical Education experts and informed faculty members. In this study, because the number of individuals with respect to the descriptive nature of the research were limited , the sample consisted of 200 subjects. The data analysis included both descriptive and inferential statistics such as Kolmogorov -Smirnov test, one-sample t-test (to compare the mean of one society) and Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study showed that a assigning morning exercise as one of the television and radio programs has an indispensible role in educating and promoting people culture to raise the level of physical activity. In contrast, lack of effective advertising in media and poor use of up-to-date technology for teaching public sport can have a negative effect on the development of sport and recreation.
